About Us

Care Central is a London based home care provider with over 15 years of continuous experience in providing the highest standards of Community Care for the elderly, long-term disabled, the terminally ill and those suffering from dementia. Our aim is to extend our deeply felt values to all to whom we provide care.

Our staff are committed to delivering dedicated and highly skilled care to our Clients. All our care workers receive support and guidance on an on-going basis and they are encouraged to develop individual skills. All achievement is recognised and rewarded; innovations are encouraged while views on client and staff matters are always welcome.

Whether the service is to provide personal care, help with domestic tasks or shopping, we aim to ensure that we provide the best possible service based on the service users’ needs and requirements.

Service users can contact the local branch at any time during office hours by telephoning the number on the Contact us page. We also operate an ‘On Call’ service outside these office hours to deal with emergency situations.
